Anulfo Lopez

Anulfo Lopez, MD, is a seasoned healthcare leader and public health advocate with over 25 years of experience in the hospital and nonprofit health sectors. With a deep understanding of health systems operations, he brings a unique perspective to enterprise health data platform consulting - one rooted in equity, community impact, and practical system transformation.


As President of the Alianza de Asociaciones de Salud Pública de las Américas (AASPA.NET) and a member of the Governing Council of the World Federation of Public Health Associations (WFPHA), Anulfo has played a critical role in shaping regional and global strategies that address health equity, data accessibility, and systemic resilience across the Americas. His leadership reflects a commitment to empowering underserved populations through better data, stronger infrastructure, and collaborative innovation.


Anulfo advises organizations on aligning data systems with public health priorities, improving interoperability, and ensuring that digital health strategies are both inclusive and operationally effective. With a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration and Management, he is also highly experienced in nonprofit operations, grassroots organizing, and system-level change management.
