Hydrogen ENERGY

The Diesel Hydrogen Assist Technology (D-HAT) offers a scalable, efficient solution for reducing emissions across a range of diesel engine applications. Generating 99.9% pure hydrogen onsite from steam-distilled water using patented PEM cell technology, D-HAT eliminates the need for hydrogen storage or centralized production. By enabling more complete combustion, it improves fuel efficiency, lowers maintenance requirements, and significantly reduces emissions, supporting both operational performance and long-term decarbonization objectives.

D-HAT™ 3000

The D-HAT™ 3000 is an advanced hydrogen-on-demand system designed for diesel engines between 20 and 80 liters, making it ideal for off-road equipment and stationary power generators. Using patented PEM cell technology, it produces 99.9% pure hydrogen from steam-distilled water and the engine’s alternator power—no storage required. The hydrogen blends into the air/fuel mixture during combustion, enabling a cleaner and more complete burn that significantly reduces emissions, improves fuel efficiency, and lowers engine maintenance. As a safe, cost-effective, and scalable solution, the D-HAT™ 3000 offers a practical path to decarbonizing existing diesel infrastructure, particularly in remote or off-grid areas where generators are essential and renewable alternatives are not yet viable.

D-HAT™ 6000

The D-HAT™ 6000 is a hydrogen-assist system engineered for large diesel engines between 80 and 180 liters, including applications in rail and industrial power generation. Using patented PEM cell technology, it produces 99.9% pure hydrogen onsite, with no storage required. The system infuses hydrogen directly into the engine’s air intake, enabling a more complete combustion process. In third-party-verified field trials, D-HAT™ 6000 demonstrated fuel efficiency improvements of 10–30% and significant emissions reductions, including over 20% CO₂ and 30% NOx. It offers a cost-effective alternative to engine replacement, enabling operators to extend the life of legacy assets while meeting evolving environmental standards.

D-HAT™ 12000/12000+

The D-HAT™ 12000/12000+ are hydrogen-assist systems for engines over 180 liters, designed for maritime, rail, and oil & gas applications. Using steam-distilled water and patented PEM technology, they generate hydrogen on demand with no storage required. The system enhances combustion efficiency, reduces fuel consumption by 10–27%, and significantly cuts CO₂, NOx, and particulate emissions—supporting Tier 2 compliance and alignment with IMO environmental regulations. D-HAT™ provides a scalable, cost-effective solution for reducing emissions in large diesel operations.
