She is a graduate of the Manchester Business School, UK, where she obtained her MBA. She read for her ACCA at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, UK and her AAT at the Association of Accounting Technicians, UK. She is an Affiliate of the Global Association of Risk Management Professionals (2010).
She also lectured part-time at the Professional Accountancy College (2000-2004) on the topic “Managing People and Strategic Management”. While at the Manchester Business School (2002-2006) on the topic “Strategic Management and International Business Strategy and at the University of the West Indies, Mona; Business Strategy.
Sheila is an expert in strategic planning, business development and performance measurement services, including: strategic business review; proposal and business development plans for medium and large companies; performance measurement and management (balance scorecard approach); risk assessment and management; investment advice and research based on expert knowledge of the local and international market, business and economies.
Sheila also provides financial and management consulting for medium and large companies, including analyses, system reviews and reporting, financial modelling and solutions, treasury management, corporate audits, and taxation and strategic evaluation of projects (GOJ / Multilateral).
